Not much happening here. Been sick 'n stuff but I'm planning to draw something for the Tezuka fans. Those crazy fans... Can't go wrong.

Welcome to , the club devoted to promoting underage drinking! No just kidding, fools. It's a club for Unico, the brainchild of the grandfather of anime, Osamu Tezuka who also made such characters as Kimba the white lion and Astro Boy.

Unico is currently a series of four movies following the adventures of a baby unicorn. Being a unicorn, Unico takes it upon himself to make those around him happy by granting them their wishes. He's also able to turn into an older version of himself when those who love him are in danger.

The wind spirit, Zephyr or The West Wind, carries Unico in her arms from place to place in order to keep his location hidden from the gods. Unico is sought after by the gods because they believe that happiness should only be achieved through hard work and dedication and not because of the presence of a unicorn. Unico was banished to the Hill of Oblivion and Zephyr was sent to take him there but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She went against the wishes of the gods and now both of them are trying to stay one step ahead of them.

That's the gist of the Unico story, but anyone growing up with Unico as I did would know that. I hope being in this club will bring back fond memories for everyone. I'm currently on the prowl for members, I know they're out there.

Rules

1. To join, you must SEND A NOTE. If you comment on the front page saying you want to join I will reply to it and say 'SEND A NOTE YOU LITTLE FOOL!' Once you join, put up a link to the club in your journal or something so people will see it and spread the love or something like that.

2. If you want to affiliate with the club, also SEND A NOTE. I do like having affiliates!

3. Artwork is always welcome! I'll submit artwork on here for anyone and credit them if they ask! I'd fave stuff but apparently clubs abuse the favorites system... Whaaaatever. I'll look for Unico artwork on DA to link on here but I'll always ask permission from the artist first.

4. No stealing, teasing, or spamming! Pleeeease be respectful of others or I may have to use my mob connections and come after you.

5. Have fun! Contribute to the club, offer suggestions or contest ideas if you want!
